Suburbs with the biggest blocks in Mackay
West Mackay has the biggest house blocks, with a median of 807 m². These 15 suburbs came from a field of 17 eligible Mackay suburbs.
This ranking orders Mackay suburbs by the median land area of a house block: every lot in the suburb that holds a single address, measured from the state's land titles map. Strata and dual-occupancy sites are left out, so a block of flats does not count as one big block.
Suburbs whose median block is over 2,000 m² are listed separately as acreage, because ranked together they would fill the whole list with semi-rural land on the edge of the city.
